Forgiven is a Spanish contemporary vocal group based in Southern California. This sample comes fromĀ
Alabanza y Adoracion II - the third Spanish CD for this quartet. It received great acceptance from the church, including an invitation to the 2005 GC Session. Visit their

Sounds like movie music. Boring and old.

A fun, snappy sound. Nothing that would enhance my worship experience, but enjoyable to listen to.
My responses to this survey have a lot to do with taste, but I think it's presumptions to claim they have anything to do with faith.

Typical SDA sound... nothing new kind of boring actully.

The orchestration is beautiful. I might actually buy this cd, and I am not fluent in Spanish.

I love this song. But I give this group a 3. I'm not offended by the music, but I'm amazed at how Adventists thread lightly over Contemporary Christian Music, however accept it wholeheartedly when an Adventist group borrows the music and "Adventise" it.

Professional sound. Mellow. Talented.

This is better, but they need to get rid of the drums. You don't always have to have a beat to make it sound nice.

Love it! creative, professionally done!

This is more reverent then the other songs, but it sill adopts rhythms and styles from the world.

Very worshipful, I'd love to see them come for special music at a special event.

breathy! (not breath-taking). Do any contemporary SDA worship groups sing ORIGINAL songs?

I like Third Day's rendition of the song, but I like this one as well (never heard it in Spanish before). Nicely recorded and nice balance.
by mom2twoboys on January 9, 2008 - 3:10am
The continuous back beat is inappropriate for church.

This song has some imagination. It sounds cool, and even sort of old. Not bad!
by greenglass on January 5, 2008 - 2:39pm
The rhythmic sounds provide a contemporary accompaniment to what seems fairly classical otherwise to me. I enjoy this music but it doesn't keep my attention.
by dgwade on January 4, 2008 - 11:02am
good sound...would like to hear it sung without the drum beat.
